We may not be able to specify your order, so we apologise in advance for any inconvenience, but we will do our best to help you. We do not pass on credit card or other payment information to third parties, except to process payment for goods ordered as required by law.

Ausma Media may from time to time modify these Terms of Use to include new, unsolicited and unlisted Terms of Use. All changes will be published on the website. 9. Delivery information
Forms of delivery
We will be happy to offer you delivery by Latvijas Pasts and Omniva parcel machines. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days after the order is placed (please note that orders are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays of the Republic of Latvia). Delivery time is 2-3 days after the order has been dispatched. Delivery time is 5-10 days during the sale period. Your order will be delivered to the address you have indicated when making your purchase in the Tutas lietas online shop. Although there may be various reasons for delays, we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time. If the delivery is delayed due to any force majeure or third-party circumstances, you will be informed of the delay by an information email.

Delivery outside Latvia 10 EUR (customs duties and additional taxes may apply if required by the laws and regulations of the country of destination).
10. Return of goods
The team at Nanny Tuta online shop strives to meet every customer's needs and will do its utmost to ensure that returns are rare exceptions. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 14 days of receipt at no extra charge. The Nanny Tuta online shop accepts goods for exchange if they are returned clean, unwrinkled, undamaged and with all parts intact. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at veikals@ausma.lv. After confirmation, send the item to: SIA Ausma Media, registration number 40203194571, company address - Kr. Barona iela 28a-9, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia, indicating whether you would like to collect the goods or receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. If you choose to receive a refund for your purchase, the money will be transferred to the account from which the order was paid. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
