Tuta is a cheerful and kind-hearted nanny who lives on the screen together with her friends the Fox and Fennec. They always come up with new ideas, teach about things around us and encourage children to join their activities. Songs, dances, letters, numbers, words, movements, jokes.. - always up for something new to explore and to do! Nanny Tuta is a live-action series for preschoolers. It awakens kids’ imagination through educational yet entertaining storytelling and original music to sing and dance along with.

It was created in 2018 by a group of like-minded film, TV & media professionals - parents of young children - with the goal to develop the highest quality sweet and educational screen content in Latvian for their kids. Today the production company Ausma Media has developed more than 160 episodes of Tutas lietas watched by Latvian children around the world.

Since 2020 Tuta has reached out for kids' attention also in other languages - Nanny Tuta in English, Tottas Saker in Swedish, Tuta Asjad in Estonian, as well as a dubbed version in Turkish - Mutlu Tuta.

In English Nanny Tuta can be watched on several kids content platforms around the world and Nanny Tuta YouTube channel. Kids love it and parents do too!

Marta Selecka

Marta Selecka is a director and the main generator of ideas with a never-ending desire to create something new, and even better than before. In her everyday life, Marta is a journalist, TV producer and entrepreneur. She studied journalism, created programmes such as Here, the Northern Side, Literature, and founded the children's content production company Ausma.

Laura Polence

Laura Polence is a composer and singer, who has composed all the charming Nanny Tuta songs. In her everyday life Laura sings, composes and plays the piano; she is especially fascinated by jazz. Laura graduated from the Riga Cathedral Choir School conductors' class, then obtained a bachelor's and master's degree from the Amsterdam School of Art. She received two Golden Microphones in the category Best music album for kids of the year.

Lydia .K. Oyeniyi

Lydia lives to make the world laugh. A comic and cool kid, As a child, Lydia had always been intrigued about arts and entertainment. She began her career in entertainment taking a front seat in acting, comedy and event hosting. With her unique sense of humor, profound dry wit, and likable demeanor Lydia is able to spend her time exploring how stories are shared through entertainment.
